Right now I have the best job ever! Being a stay at home mom is both challenging and rewarding. However, I still have the urge to use my skills to be career minded, innovative and disciplined. When starting this company in 2006 I thought, “How can I help people find the right job for them?”
When I gave birth to my son I was faced with a bittersweet decision; become a mother and keep my 40 hour a week job in a fortune 500 company, or, stay home and enjoy him. I definitely made the right choice, but I have to tell you, I loved my job. I enjoyed going to work every day and I had mentors and co workers you could only dream about. I graduated from Hofstra University, Long Island New York, with a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I have a strong background in Performance Management and Behavioral Assessments. I have also worked as a Human Resource Generalist and have broad knowledge of recruiting, staffing, employee satisfaction and retainage.
