About Me!

I graduated from Hofstra University, Long Island New York, with a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I have a strong background in Performance Management and Behavioral Assessments. I have also worked as a Human Resource Generalist and have broad knowledge of recruiting, staffing, employee satisfaction and retainage.
